Easy Panko Crispy Shrimp Recipe

Last night I made the most phenomenal, easiest shrimp dish EVER! (I’m not lieing)

You will need the following:
1 1/2lbs of Shrimp, deveined and tail removed
4-6 tbsp White Wine (Your preference on how much liquid)
6 Cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper

For the Topping:
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs (I much prefer Panki – but use what you like)
2 Tbsp Parsley Chopped
4 Tbsp Melted Butter
Sprinkle over top of Shrimp

Bake the dish for 8 minutes at 425 degrees. With the topping on. Switch to the Broil and watch for about 2 minutes – just to get a nice browning and crisp up since it does soak in the shrimp sauce.

Now my husband loves his sauces to top off, What I do sometimes is use the same ingredients that are added to the shrimp (without the shrimp) in a seperate pan, add some cream and a bit of flour and whip up a little side sauce for him to use. I always despise when I whip up a tasty meal and he put some silly sauce on it that takes away all the flavor!
